Nano-precision linear motor drive

We have developed nano-precision linear motor drive technology that employs a three-axis contactless full magnetic levitation drive. By utilizing direct power transmission without any mechanical transmission elements, we are able to achieve higher acceleration and speed. Consequently, this allows us to achieve faster cutting efficiency.

Precision & absolute measurement

The system starts by confirming the absolute position information, which is directly saved on the guide rail. The guide rail is measured with nano-precision magnetic gratings, allowing for a fully closed-loop feedback control. This replaces traditional grating measurement and enables higher cutting accuracy. It also offers high dust resistance and more stability in usage.
