Overview
Hot-Formed Components: Starting with Coil
Decoiling -leveling -laser cutting -blanking, fluent process by one click. Coil fed laser cutting system has the characteristics of "flexibility and rapid processing". It combines coil uncoiling and optical fiber laser cutting together to achieve fast online cutting, uninterrupted and efficient cutting, realize flexible production, improve the utilization rate of plates, and replace the traditional metal mold. At the same time, for some work pieces that need customized small batch production, it not only shortens the production cycle, but also greatly saves the production cost.

High-efficiency Decoiling

Four-jaw expanding reel, hydraulically driven, with an expansion range of Φ470–520 mm, suitable for 508 mm coil materials. When equipped with a rubber sleeve, it can expand to 620 mm to fit coil materials with an ID of 610 mm;
A disc brake device is installed at the tail end of the main shaft to achieve parking braking.

High-precision Levelling

Six-stack 19-roll leveler, suitable for cold-rolled sheets, hot-rolled sheets, stainless steel sheets, galvanized sheets and pickled sheets with σs ≤ 780 MPa. Leveling speed: 0–20 m/min;

Sheet thickness 1–1.2 mm: leveling accuracy ≤ 1.0 mm/㎡;

Sheet thickness 1.2–3.0 mm: leveling accuracy ≤ 2.5 mm/㎡;

Single/multi-head Synchronous Fast Cutting

Bilateral cutting of complex shapes in a single pass, less production time and more productive.
Asynchronous dynamic laser cutting with a dual laser cutting head shapes complex part at once. The nesting software calculates appropriate processing route to maximize material utilization.

Scrap Shredding

Streamlines remnant material recycling. Crawler-type cutting table equipped with needle plate cutting strips. During sheet metal processing, the cutting table operates synchronously and at the same speed as the uncoiling servo feeding system. The crushed scrap skeleton is discharged via a scrap conveyor belt, the scrap skeleton breaks into smaller pieces during removal and can be productivity many times over.
