High Stability
The main bed is welded with high-quality steel, stress relief annealing after welding and secondary aging treatment after semi-finishing effectively ensures that the bed will not deform during long-term use and has excellent shock resistance, rigidity and stability.
Both sides of the bed are vacuumed to remove dust generated by cutting in time, making it clean and environmentally friendly.
Extremely Anti-High-Reflection Ability
● Electro-optical conversion efficiency over 30%, energy stability, pump source lifetime about 100,000 hours;
● It has strong anti-high-reflection ability and can cut copper with high-pressure nitrogen and can cut stably for a long time;
● The power output is stable ±1%, using phosphorus-doped gain fiber without attenuation. There is no power attenuation caused by photon darkening effect, and the full power fluctuation is less than ±1%;
Extra-Long Service Life
The internal structure of the laser head is completely sealed to prevent dust contamination of the optical part, adopts two-point centering adjustment, and the focus is driven by a servo motor, which significantly improves the efficiency of perforation.
