Overview
The input power of an all-electric servo press brake is proportional to its load power. Power consumption remains low when the ram ascends without load and drops to nearly zero when the ram halts. This enables on-demand energy supply, delivering an energy saving of roughly 30% to 70% compared with conventional electro-hydraulic press brakes. It is especially suitable for processing small precision sheet metal workpieces in industries including 3C consumer electronics, semiconductors, precision hardware, small home appliances, chassis enclosures and high-grade switch cabinets.

Adopting servo motors for bending drive removes the requirement for hydraulic oil. It avoids waste oil treatment and pollution, delivering a cleaner production environment;
