CNC Auto-Positioning

Multi-axis synchronized motion enables multi-edge, multi-pass bending in a single setup, slashing cycle time and boosting efficiency two to three times compared with conventional CNC press brakes.

 

Integrated feeding and bending systems minimize manual intervention, lower labor intensity, and reduce labor costs.

Versatile Tooling

A single die completes complex forming processes including flattening, arc bending, reverse bending and flanging, eliminating the need for custom tooling. Combined with an expanded processing envelope, it delivers flexible adaptability to a wide range of orders.

 

Automatic sheet alignment paired with wrinkle-free clamping ensures consistent dimensional accuracy and uniform part quality, supporting high-volume premium-grade production.
