The HANS M series, a one-way variable speed powder spread 3D printer features robust and reliable metal part production. To ensure a better quality production, the substrate plate can pre-heat up to 200°to reduce the temperature gradient between laser beam and under-processed metal powder that can reduces the defection rate of final product. In addition, the adaptive powder spreading correction ensures powder evenly melted layer by layer.

By offering wide range of laser power from 500w to 2000w, widely covers general 3D printing requirement on the market. HANS M series owns 4 main models of M100, M160, M260, M400 in dental, molding, orthopedics and aerospace industry. The open resource parameter and custom printing path facilitates metal parts with complex shape.

Comprehensive digital monitoring and quality control system makes Hans M Series 3D Printing machine a high level of intelligent documentation and verification. In-house path planning software(HANS M PATH) automatically generates appropriate path parameters to give you a general view of the whole printing process. HMI in-house control software (HANS MCS) monitors oxygen concentration, pressure, chamber temperature, and humidity, simultaneously change available during operation. In-house control platform (HANS CLOUD) remotes each steps of printing process that user verify product quality layer by layer.
