On May 20, the prestigious 2025 Ringier Technology Innovation Awards for Laser Processing ceremony was grandly held in Suzhou, China. Industry experts, award-winning company representatives, association leaders, and leading media outlets gathered to celebrate and share the transformative innovations shaping the future of intelligent manufacturing. The 2025 Laser Processing & Advanced Manufacturing Technology Forum was also held concurrently by Ringier Industrial Media.

01. Fully Automatic Four-Station Laser Cutting System

 

Category: Laser Processing Systems

Independently developed by Han’s Laser, this system features a self-developed high-power disc laser source and fully automated functionality, covering loading/unloading, laser cutting, AOI inspection, and sorting—all in one system.
Designed for high-precision scribing and semi-cutting of ceramic substrates, the dual-laser head with a four-station rotary table enables seamless process integration. Its advanced automation breaks the monopoly of foreign technologies and accelerates the industrialization of high-end domestic equipment.

 

 

 

02. ChengYi Series Thin-Disk Ultrafast Laser

 

Category: Laser Equipment Components

This ytterbium-doped ultrafast laser system adopts regenerative amplification technology and overcomes key challenges in high-power thin-disk ultrafast lasers. It delivers ultra-short pulses, high stability, and large energy output.
With superior beam quality, excellent pointing stability, and a narrow laser spectrum, it supports efficient harmonic generation (SHG/THG) and offers three optional wavelengths. It is ideal for advanced micromachining of semiconductors, brittle materials, metal alloys, and photovoltaic components.
