Recently, at the 2026 Glorious Laser Awards ceremony held in Shanghai, the G-PRO series high-speed laser cutting machines from Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group won the “Glorious Laser New Product Award” for its technological innovation. During the same event, the company was invited to deliver a keynote speech at the International Laser Application Seminar and the 12th China Laser Market Summit Forum, where it shared its innovative practices in the field of intelligent laser manufacturing.
The G-PRO high-speed laser cutting machine’s success stems from its systematic technological breakthroughs in the field of high-speed precision machining.
The G-PRO series achieves deep synergy among “optics, mechanics, electronics, and control systems.” Through the integration of high-torque, high-inertia servo motors, precision reducers, and high-speed dynamic path planning algorithms, it achieves a maximum acceleration of 2.5G. This enables cutting speed improvements of up to 100% for thin aluminum sheets, 80% for thin stainless steel sheets, and 70% for thin carbon steel sheets.
The equipment features a high-rigidity, lightweight gantry, ground-grade gear racks, and efficient, precision transmission systems. It undergoes 24-hour annealing and vibration aging processes to ensure high precision and stability under continuous, high-volume production conditions.
During the keynote session, Han’s Laser Smart Equipment Group delivered a presentation titled “Practical Applications of Laser Intelligent Manufacturing and Forming Technologies,” focusing on the company’s full-scenario intelligent manufacturing capabilities built upon “Laser+” and “Intelligence+.” Centered on core technologies such as laser cutting, laser tube cutting, bending, laser welding, and automation solutions, the presentation provided an in-depth analysis of how laser technology is driving the manufacturing industry toward high-end and intelligent development, supported by practical application cases across multiple sectors including new energy vehicles, construction machinery, and rail transit.
